"Earlier this spring my wife and I contracted out to have the concrete pool decking replaced around the pool. The pool was built in the early 1940's and was in dire need of being upgraded. After asking for bids from three different contractors, we accepted the offer issued by Heritage Bomanite. Their bid was very competitive and was submitted very professionally (i.e.: notifying us of California law as to the roles and responsibilities of the contractor and client.) Throughout the entire process from bid to completion, Heritage Bomanite conducted themselves with great professionalism and courtesy. They led us through the process of concrete and pattern selection as well as offering suggestions for enhancing the pool area to recommending a variety of sub contractors for such tasks as iron fence work. No question was too small that they did not take the time to answer in a prompt and friendly manner.
