We had a difficult project, in that we had pre-existing Bomanite that needed to be matched to a Master Suite addition. Patrick did most of the work himself and did an excellent job. He is truly a Master Craftsman.

In sending the balance of what I owe for the completed job, I am taking the opportunity to express my gratitude for a job well done. The brilliantly completed project was worth waiting for.

I would like to relay my appreciation to Paul for doing a superb job of supervising the overall project. From the first day to the last day, Paul stayed on top of everything making sure nothing went wrong. His manner of guiding his subordinates clearly manifested his leadership capabilities.

Please have Paul express my thankfulness to first the demolition crew, who not only did a great job tearing things apart, but also were very clean and considerate of not doing any unnecessary damage to my property. Next, please have Paul thank the framers, who completed their assignment expeditiously any very neatly. Next, please have Paul thank the cement crew for doing a great and clean job. Their work was the critical part of the project and they came through like champions. Finally, have Paul thank the detail crew, whose fine work will always be on exhibit. Their paying close attention to each of the stamped replicated stones as well as their accuracy in bringing out the details of each replicated stone is certainly a trademark of Heritage Bomanite.

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with the work Patrick and his crew did at our house. It was truly a pleasure working with them and I wish it were so easy working with other contractors. The project turned out beautiful. Thanks again.

Just wanted to pass along a word of thanks for the great people who worked on our Bomanite.

From cutting out old Bomanite, then installing new Bomanite, and to rehabilitating 15-year-old Bomanite, you have a super team that did an outstanding job at every step.

We had, for a couple of years, been thinking about alternatives to our hard-to-maintain lawn. Heavy clay soil layered with hardpan, and three high-energy dogs, made it difficult to keep the grass from withering away leaving us to contend with dust in the summer and mud in the winter.

We collected your pamphlets at the Home Show and the Fair and visited your showroom before making the decision to have about half of our lawn area covered with Bomanite.

Paul Lewellen and his crew did such a good job with the project we called and asked him to come back and cover the remaining lawn area.

Our backyard is beautiful – flagstones and large stepping-stones at one end and flagstones and a large circular seating area at the other end.

We are equally impressed with the quality of the finished project and the quality of your people who did the work. Your crews kept us informed about what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They completed the project quickly, in spite of all the rain, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how excited and pleased we are with our new driveway and walkway.

It is beautiful! People in the neighborhood are commenting on how much they like it. One of our neighbors even said, “my wife wants a driveway just like this one”. So maybe we can drum up some new business for you.

I wish to thank you for your kind and considerate crew of workmen. I don’t believe I have ever had a more courteous, helpful and neat group of workmen in my home. It was a pleasure to have them work for me.

We have recently had many different workmen here at the house to complete a remodeling project. In doing so, we had the opportunity to meet several men, each doing their part of the job.

It has been our pleasure to meet Tim and Joel who have been here refinishing our Bomanite pool decking. We have found these two young men to be exceptional.

They have worked diligently since they first arrived. They are friendly, industrious, thoughtful, and considerate, very hard working and always punctual.

We have received a letter from your above-named customer (Frederick Dau) regarding their satisfaction with your company.

Their information is provided for your files as a service to you and your customer. We do not receive letters of appreciation very often and we would like to commend you and your firm for doing such a great job!

Earlier this spring my wife and I contracted out to have the concrete pool decking replaced around the pool. The pool was built in the early 1940’s and was in dire need of being upgraded. After asking for bids from three different contractors, we accepted the offer issued by Heritage Bomanite. Their bid was very competitive and was submitted very professionally (i.e.: notifying us of California law as to the roles and responsibilities of the contractor and client.)

Throughout the entire process from bid to completion, Heritage Bomanite conducted themselves with great professionalism and courtesy. They led us through the process of concrete and pattern selection as well as offering suggestions for enhancing the pool area to recommending a variety of sub contractors for such tasks as iron fence work. No question was too small that they did not take the time to answer in a prompt and friendly manner. In particular, the lead foreman Mr. Paul Llewylen, provided a level of service that is tough to find. Such attention to the project and the customer made our experience with Heritage Bomanite a rewarding one that we will certainly share with others who are considering such projects.

As you can tell we were pleased with our experience and simply wanted to write a letter that was favorable in nature for a company that met and exceeded our expectations.

About two weeks ago a crew from Heritage Bomanite poured a pool deck around my new pool. The crew consisted of the following members.

Please know that this crew was a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, cheerful, and great fun to work with. Furthermore, they all had a genuine desire to provide me with a quality product built with the high level of craftsmanship Heritage is known for. My wife and I are thrilled with our new pool deck, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Please accept my sincere thanks, and pass along the same to those listed above.
