Pervious concrete is a great product for large parking lots as well as residential
driveways. By allowing water to percolate and recharge the ground below it,
trees can mature quickly, helped along by the pervious concrete’s ability
to provide water to their root systems without the need for constant artificial
irrigation.
By carefully designing a pervious concrete application and water management
system, virtually all storm water runoff can be prevented from leaving a site.
Collected water can be stored and later used to water grass and other vegetation.
