Last week Heritage Bomanite demoed my old driveway and front porch walk, installed new forms and poured new concrete in 3 days. I had concern over large tree roots that had cracked old driveway. HB worked with my Arborist's suggestions, removing roots under old driveway. HB suggested and installed a Root Barrier to prevent new roots from cracking new concrete. Due to Power Outages associated with California Wild Fires there was a Statewide concrete shortage on the scheduled pour day of Friday. HB Owner Sergio and Supervisor Robert went above and beyond to secure concrete and re-schedule their Team to pour the next day on Saturday. Both of these Gentlemen came by job site more than once that Saturday to supervise project. I could not be more pleased with the results and the overall experience with HB. From initial estimate meeting to the project completion their entire Team was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and projected a positive, helpful and professional attitude.
I originally solicited estimates from 4 different concrete contractors. Sergio at HB spent the most time with me discussing possible options. He also provided the most detailed, specific and easy-to-understand estimate.
Heritage Bomanite is about Customer Service, about doing the job right and appreciating your business. Once you meet Sergio you will be impressed with the pride that he takes in the quality of the work they provide. More importantly you will be impressed with his high level of appreciation and dedication to his Team.

I use either the charcoal or the gas grill at least 4 out of 7 evenings a week. Going through charcoal like crazy, but that's okay. We cooked a chicken on the rotisserie and had a little trouble keeping the critter balanced on the skewer. Will try to do a better job securing it next time, but the taste was great. We're really enjoying the kitchen along with the entire backyard. One visitor called it an oasis which, I thought, was a pretty good description.

I wanted to thank all the teams that worked on our beautiful outdoor pool patio. Each team was very professional. They were especially kind to my grandson. He woke up each morning waiting for them to arrive. The best days were when the cement trucks would roll in. Each team took the time to make him feel like he was helping with his "plastic" hammer and dump truck. We're almost done with this process and are very pleased with the results so far. Wife is happy, and that means I'm happy. Your crew is professional and courteous and that makes things go much smoother during this floor project.
If the finished product lives up to how it is shaping up to be (and cant see how it wouldn't at this point) - we'd would like to get a measurement and quote for our master bedroom, bath, and walk in closet - probably same square footage as the current project...to complete some time in the later spring, with another equal size leg in the summer/fall. I think Lori is liking it so much she may want to push for the entire house, and lobby for the family beach house as well. Good for you, bad for my tuna fishing trip budget this year.
My wife is a social media serial poster, and she's been posting the job as it progresses. Now we have person after person voice interest in our choice with the flooring and requesting to see the end result as an option for their own homes. We will be more than happy to pass on our experiences when we wrap up this leg of the project and hopefully send some business your way when all is said and done.

I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the entire installation process. The floors look absolutely amazing, better then we imagined they would. But most impressive were the installers, Randy and Anthony. You have a couple of truly fantastic employees in those two. The professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail as well as respect and care of property was top notch. We've had several companies do work in our home from carpet installation and drywall repair to paint and plumbing but these two guys out-shined them all. To most people, they are Heritage Bomanite, as they will spend more time with clients than anyone else so the impression they leave will greatly influence the overall opinion. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. Most notable was when Randy came into the house with a broken sprinkler and told me he had run it over with the generator and would replace it for me. Of course I told him
not to worry about it but the fact that he immediately brought it to my attention and admitted to breaking it speaks volumes of his character. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was to me. My name is Hal Harris and your company, Heritage Bomanite, contracted to do a job at my personal residence in October of 2009. Patrick was the foreman/supervisor of the job and we are very pleased with the work and craftsmanship. However, when we re-installed the kitchen equipment it was apparent that the dimensions of the Thermador stove top were miscalculated and therefore left an inch of open space on both sides of the stove. Obviously this was not a good look and I called your company and Patrick came out to re-inspect and sort out a solution.
Patrick responded immediately to my call and tried to seek a remedy to the problem. He initiated a work order to New England Sheet Metal to make an adapter stainless steel plate to cover the gap that existed. The first effort was unsuccessful and Patrick went back to New England and designed another shim and brought that to install today.
Patrick and his assistant arrived to install the stainless steel cladding and I must say that I am very pleased with the results. Nobody would realize that we are covering a gap as it looks like the original Thermador installation.
From the very first day that your company came out to quote, demo and install the concrete we have been very pleased with the professionalism and are very satisfied and proud of the work done. We get many compliments of the style that you offered in flooring and countertops.
I wanted to thank you and your company and the people you have hired to get the job done at the highest level. As a Realtor in Fresno I come across many opportunities to recommend to people what they should do to change a kitchen, bath or flooring and your company will be the first thing I recommend to them. Keep up the good work!

The surface of my concrete front porch was breaking up, so I decided to investigate ways to fix the problem. After contacting six businesses to obtain recommendations and bids, I decided to use Heritage Bomanite.
Paul, the representative who came to my home, was experienced and explained options and costs very clearly. He made several suggestions that would make the porch look better and would create a safer surface. He assured me we would be satisfied with the job.
The workmen were skilled, professional, and very careful of surrounding parts of the structure. The work was done when promised and as promised.
What really impressed me was that Paul checked on the work in progress each of the two days to be sure I knew what was being done and returned after the cement had set to inspect the final result.
I am more than satisfied with the job and want to recommend Heritage Bomanite to anyone contemplating concrete work on their property.

Thank you for the great job Heritage Bomanite did in our backyard.
We had, for a couple of years, been thinking about alternatives to our hard-to-maintain lawn. Heavy clay soil layered with hardpan, and three high-energy dogs, made it difficult to keep the grass from withering away leaving us to contend with dust in the summer and mud in the winter.
We collected your pamphlets at the Home Show and the Fair and visited your showroom before making the decision to have about half of our lawn area covered with Bomanite.
Paul Lewellen and his crew did such a good job with the project we called and asked him to come back and cover the remaining lawn area.
Our backyard is beautiful flagstones and large stepping-stones at one end and flagstones and a large circular seating area at the other end.
We are equally impressed with the quality of the finished project and the quality of your people who did the work. Your crews kept us informed about what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They completed the project quickly, in spite of all the rain, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
We would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Bomanite to anyone.

Earlier this spring my wife and I contracted out to have the concrete pool decking replaced around the pool. The pool was built in the early 1940's and was in dire need of being upgraded. After asking for bids from three different contractors, we accepted the offer issued by Heritage Bomanite. Their bid was very competitive and was submitted very professionally (i.e.: notifying us of California law as to the roles and responsibilities of the contractor and client.)
Throughout the entire process from bid to completion, Heritage Bomanite conducted themselves with great professionalism and courtesy. They led us through the process of concrete and pattern selection as well as offering suggestions for enhancing the pool area to recommending a variety of sub contractors for such tasks as iron fence work. No question was too small that they did not take the time to answer in a prompt and friendly manner. In particular, the lead foreman Mr. Paul Llewylen, provided a level of service that is tough to find. Such attention to the project and the customer made our experience with Heritage Bomanite a rewarding one that we will certainly share with others who are considering such projects.
As you can tell we were pleased with our experience and simply wanted to write a letter that was favorable in nature for a company that met and exceeded our expectations.
